I absolutely also thought Ruka was the Juri/Shiori backstory boy at first and I keep forgetting he's not sjhdfksjhf. idk what it is about him but he's also like, my least favorite character in the whole series even though other characters like Akio are objectively worse, but you bring up some interesting thoughts. I think I was just so protective of Juri when I was watching I was like "stay away from herrrr" lmao

"Akio stopppp" is pretty much the tagline for the series I think. This last arc is so wild but sooo good.
