AHHHH first of all this is probably the nicest comment I've ever received, thank you!! The specific moments and timestamps!! I always strive to have good pacing and beat matching in videos so it's lovely to hear that a lot of it worked. And that you appreciated my jokes!!! Making this AMV was an exercise in trying not to die laughing at every turn, but it's so difficult to tell how much of that comes through to the viewer.
A part like 1:12-1:26 that could have more prolonged shots to match how the song dies down, but doesn’t, yet still feels fine for it because it’s giving purposeful information in the process and you get the slower tension build up from the part following.
Haha you homed in on the part of the video I was least sure of... I thought about changing it up but 1) I didn't know what else to put there, and 2) I knew I needed to do everything in my power to have Madara fall over and die at "my life's a mess". That was an ESSENTIAL joke. So much of the video is serious vulnerable stuff so I had to make fun of Madara at every opportunity to balance it out :D
rip Sai indeed, I love him so much and he didn't deserve to get sidelined for the entire final fight :(
