I've been playing a lot of Sky: Children of the Light lately. According to Wikipedia it's "an open world social indie adventure game". I find it very relaxing! Sure it's an MMO, but you can really engage with people as much or as little as you want. When my sister's online I play with her, and usually I'm around some strangers and we help each other with tasks, but there's no chat unless you friend people so it's not too stressful.
I probably spend half of my time in the game taking pictures... it's just so pretty! The only downside is you can't turn off the UI on Switch (you can do it on iPhone/Android though). Sometimes I try to arrange my pictures so I can either crop out the UI or have it in a single-color zone so I could theoretically edit it out. But I have so many pictures idk if I'll do anything with them.
I should probably talk about the gameplay too. You fly!! The mechanics are pretty easy to grasp and they're really fun. They recently added an update so you can swim! After you peel off the adventure stuff and the quests*, the game is really about cosmetics collection, so everyone has such fun outfits. I've settled on the sunglasses and swoopy hair (see icon) for myself but people put together some fun looks.
*Don't get me wrong, the adventure stuff and quests are genuinely fun, with new areas or content every few months. But in terms of day to day play, you're gathering in-game currency so you can collect different capes and pants and accessories.
There's also a fair number of glitches and out of bound areas you can have fun with, especially if you have another person
Anyway! Pics!

And since I'm already linking to twitter, here is my pride and joy in Animal Crossing. The sound is essential, it's so relaxing! I still have some work to do on the room but we'll see if I ever get around to it. I've been playing ACNH a lot less lately
