First off, the journal itself is fire (Lisa Frank was and will forever be a VIBE). I love that you had your favorite characters from various media (and Samuel) in a high school AU right off the bat. That primal need to bring characters together in a (at least somewhat) familiar community setting: very fun to see it manifest in such a young age! My first fanfics were about a furry Star Trek crew. I remember one being about a kill shelter prison break where the crew saves all of the animals one night against an very inept human guard. xD I also later cowrote some self-insert Sailor Moon doujin with the girls, who I suspect invited me because I could draw.
But also, I am sobbing that you were yet to be 6 in 2001. I'll just go yell at a cloud from my porch now...
