where have the months gone

To break up my Gundamposting (sorry, it will continue; we've started Zeta), here is a personal post! As usual it's pretty picture heavy.

1. KITTY CATS

It's always so hard to pick cat pictures because I love them deeply and think every picture is the cutest thing to ever exist. But this is today's selection.







2. ART



This is a recreation of a moment I sadly failed to take a picture of. I closed them off from the screened porch and they simultaneously turned around in betrayal, mirror images of each other.



Did this one yesterday... the artist's rendition of Cat Wailing For Mom To Come Out In The Morning. Presented with the real life inspiration.



This is a self portrait I guess :D my worksona...



Sometimes I get a bad headache which has strong pressure at a couple points over my whole head, like a giant's hand gripping my skull. (This is actually really old art...)



The white cat sleeps with me in this position almost every night. In a way it's very obnoxious because her butt fluff is sometimes directly in my face, and her tail is swishing on my neck... but what am I going to do, not let her sleep with me? Like a monster? Anyway I drew this to easily explain the situation to people.

3. THE OUTDOORS

I went on a trip to Indiana in May and only posted about it in common_nature! Oops.... Anyway, my imgur album with all the pics is here. In my opinion there's some beautiful stuff in here :)

And then we went on a walk in the park yesterday. It was still pretty hot outside... Pics are under the extra cut below bc I have a centipede/millipede.

Idk where all the turtles were, this is the only one we saw. Normally they group up in packs to sun themselves.









LOOK at the perfect green scum covering the whole surface!! There are many annoying things about living in a swamp (mosquitos... humidity... flooding... mosquitos....) but it's really beautiful.

NEWS! CATS!!!! :D :D They are incredibly cute I understand the struggle. The art renditions were delightful and utterly realistic too, it's like I was there :D :D I wiggle too much around when I sleep for the cat to sleep very close, but she did make another attempt (!!) yesterday with her tail all along my arm and the soft swishing of the tail when it moves 🥹🥹🥹 Of course you cannot move. Ever. And accept the consequences.

Enjoy all the Gundams!! I've watched... only two XD Someday I may expand my range though :D

🥹🥹🥹 cat attempts...! I also wiggle a lot in my sleep and I hit her so often with my arm T_T or if she's by my feet I'll shove her off the bed by accident... but she keeps coming back.

I guess technically I've seen parts of three Gundams but since we're barely into Zeta you may still have me beat. join me.....
