AMV: Runaway Baby




IT IS DONE! I apparently started prep for this on November 3 but it feels like so much longer. I poured time into this one!
  • My original song idea was Holding Out For a Hero (the Shrek 2 version) but I wanted something even more energetic and just happened to come across this song, which I played in college marching band years ago. The whole time I was editing I was singing my harmony part. It's not present in the actual song though, just the band arrangement :(
  • I love fight scene choreography so much! Nothing much to say about it but it's just a lot of fun :D I have a lot of thoughts about continuity and pacing and timing, but nothing that would be coherent to say right now.
  • I am so disappointed I didn't get to use the shot of Miruko flipping her hair at the hero ranking event >:[
  • I had horrible, horrible technical issues on this video. Part of it was that I had the project set to a different framerate than my source, a mistake I've made at least five times and will continue to make in the future. But some of it was inexplicable! I'm going to have to go back into the files and try to figure out if maybe a particular video/audio codec is to blame, but I don't think so because even when I completely converted every aspect of episode 4, it still was tripping and glitching. Idk :/ Up until this point I've gotten by with as little video knowledge as possible so sometimes these things just happen.
  • I'm posting this on the same day that I got the word I've lost the copyright battle on my other video :/ Backup hosting is coming soon!

Oh, that is a SUPER fun vid :D I love it! (I should watch more BNHA some day, I did enjoy what I watched a while ago...)

Thank you!! Tbh BNHA has been way more fun than I expected, I watched most of it for the first time this year and I've really enjoyed it.

A lot of pain and effort with the technical issues but the result was great, congrats on pushing through!! And sorry about your lost copyright battle.
